May 3, 2008 - Women's Auxiliary of the German Society's 108th Anniversary Luncheon

This year's Women's Auxiliary Luncheon at the German Society in Philadelphia was attended by member Hella Volgenau (photo with cheese cone), Hollie Law (Philadelphia's Corn Flower Queen), Karin Shunk, Ruth Detwiler, and Ursula Chamberlain (enjoying Erdbeerbowle, which is a tradition at this spring luncheon.f.l.t.r.), and Doris and Jim MacPherson. A special treat was provided by the male members of the German Society who volunteered to serve the ladies during the luncheon. (F.l.t.r.): Frank Klare, Don Detwiler, Lew Volgenau, David Winter, Ernest Weiler, Werner Tillmann, John Engelbrecht, and Tony Michels.
